P09/W0672/LD Whiteacres, 1, Wheatley Road
Extension to one side of the dwelling equal to ½ length of the original dwelling
The Council has been asked if it wishes to make a representation about the history of this site over the last 10 years but it agreed to decline to do so. Planning permission was refused on the grounds that the extension would be more than half the width of the original dwelling.
P09/W0622 Guydens Farm, Oxford Road
Creation of an access on to Garsington Road for ease of site maintenance and provide hard standing for vehicle turning and private parking for up to four vehicles. Currently part of the domestic garden area.
The Council agreed to recommend that the application should be refused on the grounds that road safety would be compromised if the proposal goes ahead.
