P08/W1294 129 Oxford Road Two storey side extension to a bungalow. The council agreed to recommend this as an appropriate development. Subsequently it was approved by the planners.
P09/W0222 3 Poplar Close Extension to provided one dwelling. the council were concerned about this becoming a separate dwelling as the one dwelling of the two would be without a garden.. However, the planning department subsequently gave permission.
