This is a second application for the replacement of the house at 115 Southend.  This application uses a traditional pitched roof.  The proposed house is larger than the house for which outline planning permission was obtained in 2007 but is no higher than the current house.  The council approved this application.  Update 19 Feb 2009 - This application was approved 17 Feb 2009.
