P08/W0117 15 Southend. Resubmitted application stating that plot in equestrian field should be changed from equestrian to vegetable patch. Council felt that the substance of the application was the same and that the development was not in keeping with the open character of green belt land. Update July 7 Planning office nevertheless approved this application, despite refusing the first time.
P08/W0576 100 Southend. Application to put conservatory at back of house, and extend garage by few feet, also to put dormer window on front. Council had no objection to this application. Planning permission granted 17 July 2008
P08/W0440 52 Poplar Close. Single storey extension plus conversion of integral garage to room. Council had no objection to this application. Plannng permission granted 9 July 2008
