Conservatory to rear aspect. Council supported this application but noted that attention needed to be paid to the possibility of flooding as had happened in the case of another similar development in the same road earlier. This application was withdrawn prior to determination.
P09/W0414/LD King's Copse
Certificate of Lawful Development for the use of land as a recreation area. Council was asked to provide evidence, anecdotal or otherwise of the use of this area to the west of the mobile home park, as a recreation area. Several councillors have many years of experience of seeing this area in use for recreation and will provide their details to the planning department. Permission granted 7 Oct 2009
