Planning Applications October 2008

P07/W0062 Kiln Farm Kiln Lane - Change of use of barns to B1 Office  The parish council refused to support this application.  It was felt that the access required by office traffic would not be supported by the farm track available and a more substantial road would have to be built before such a change of use could be considered. Update 4 Dec 2008 A representative of the developer Christchurch College attend the parish council meeting 1 Dec 2008 to explain that Jane Randle in principal supported the application and that £5000 was to be provided to assist in upgrading the lane from Oxford Road.  The council decided not to withdraw their objection and so remains opposed to this application.

P08/W1014 - 1 Willow Close - propsosed 2 storey side extension - Council had no objection to this application.  Update Planning permission granted 13 Oct 2008.

P08/W1015/LD - Kings Copse Mobile Home Park - to establish as lawful, the re-siting of 3 mobile homes in the car park area.  Council felt that planning permission was required but that this needs to be established by the planning department.  Update A certificate of lawful use was granted 13 Nov 2008.
